Here’s a tough one for your weekly challenge! This workout is structured like the song, “The 12 days of Christmas”. You start with the 1st skill, then add the 2nd skill with the first skill etc. I even made a cute song for it with my amateur singing skills.
Here’s the skill list:
1 jump out
2 squats
3 tuck jumps
4 counts of side plank
5 push-ups
6 Russian kicks
Enjoy and have as much fun as we did as we celebrate October!
P.S. Please excuse some of our “modifications”. This was the 2nd time in our class that we did this workout and clearly it’s a doozy!
